It all starts with love...

Hey guys!

So recently I came upon this topic of self-love + acceptance and wanted to share the love with you all along with some advice and spiritual guidance.

 

To love another we must first love ourselves. Yes? You know you've heard that saying before and that is because it is true. We have all been there where we as human beings decide whether we want to love ourselves or not. Why? Believe it or not, in order to give love one must love thyself.

Do you love yourself? Are you happy with yourself? Your appearance? Personality? Attitude? Do you give yourself enough credit for making your own decisions?

If you have answered yes to all these questions then great! That is truly awesome but if you have not then I would strongly recommend you starting to consider your build up process, so you could live a healthy lifestyle.

As I say this I don't necessarily mean that any of it will be easy because sometimes it's not but learning to love yourself is crucial in this crazy life. Lets face it as though we may want people to do the loving for us it still won't be enough. Many times you won't get your expectations out from someone but knowing you have yourself is really all you need. Don't forget our higher power! Praying things such as self acceptance and accepting others can be given if asked!

I believe in a higher power. I believe that we were put here for a purpose and that purpose was definitely not for hating ourselves for what was generously give to us but accepting everything that was given.

Accept your appearance and be grateful. Everybody was made different so embrace all the things that were given to you. I do believe that self-love can take a while but why not start today! Life is a journey so embrace it and love! Anything is possible with faith and belief!
